anonymous affairs confessions

Anonymous infidelity confessions — the affairs, the near-misses, what came after.

Infidelity is the highest-engagement topic on the entire confession web (per SISTRIX's UK confession-keyword data, 2024). It's also the category where readers come back the most — partly to recognize their own situation, partly to imagine somebody else's.

Entries here divide into three rough types: the discovered affair, the ongoing affair, and the affair that ended quietly without anyone finding out. Each carries its own moral weight; we collect all three without ranking them. The sub-category of 'almost' confessions — the people who came within a text message of cheating and didn't — is one of the most under-appreciated reads on the site.

If the post involves a current legal proceeding (custody, divorce), please get counsel before posting; even an anonymous post can occasionally surface in discovery if the story details are specific enough to be matched. We'd rather you delay than regret.
